I have to say. I was recommended to Crossroads today for a repair from hitting a tire retread on I-84 . I could not be MORE PLEASED. I thought I would have to wait around to get an estimate and Jim said let me take a look and fixed it right on the spot. I was so excited as I am in Real Estate and have a full day tomorrow and thought I could further damage the bumper because it was dragging. What a professional company. MAN, these guys are awesome!  got our front bumper re-sprayed on a brand new 2017 mazda 6.  all the road work in CT had damaged the paint pretty good so we made a claim.  Crossroads had the rental car all set up and waiting.  they kept us notified of everything step-by-step.  the paint is a white pearlescent (*extremely HARD to match) and it was PERFECT.  we took the car to have 3M clear film applied to protect the front this time and the owner of the detail shop couldnt tell the front had been resprayed and praised Crossroads on their masking and application!  if that doesn't say enough, they are the body shop of choice by the Colonial auto dealers of Danbury.  it doesn't get better than Crossroads.  God bless Jim and his staff.  1000% satisfaction guaranteed.
